En Plein Air Class

A unique opportunity for landscape painters to paint the historic industrial site of Blaenafon Ironworks, with well-known South Wales artist Howard Jones. 

The 19^th century workers’ cottages, the old cast house and foundry, and the iconic balance tower all provide inspiration for the artist’s imagination. 

In addition to spending the day painting outdoors, you'll have the opportunity to explore the site and hear an informative talk about the Ironworks by a knowledgeable specialist. 

Please bring your own equipment and supplies.
